Refund Policy

My Team Coat is committed to providing high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any new, undamaged items in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund (not including shipping and handling charges). My Team Coat will pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of My Team Coat’s receipt of your return. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item.

Orders that are returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery or that are returned in damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
